Equipment hire by enquiry

Equipment hire is available for suitable projects, subject to current inventory, dates and agreed terms. The inventory is practical, working kit for rehearsals, small gigs and recording days, hired at sensible rates rather than top-of-the-range gear at premium prices.

Tell Rupert what you need, how it will be used and when it is required. Availability and compatibility should be confirmed before any booking is made.

What to include in the enquiry

List the equipment or function required, project dates, location, collection or delivery needs and the rest of the system it must work with.

If you do not know the exact model, explain the job the equipment needs to do. Rupert can confirm whether the current inventory contains an appropriate option.

Availability, rates and conditions

Available equipment, quantities and rates are confirmed against the enquiry. The quotation also states any deposit, identification, insurance, collection, delivery and hire conditions that apply.

Collection and use

Equipment should not be collected or returned without an agreed booking. Any setup, compatibility or operating requirements should be discussed before the hire begins.

The customer remains responsible for using the equipment appropriately and returning it in the agreed condition, subject to the final hire terms. The customer is also responsible for insuring the equipment for the hire period, and a deposit is required.
